1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AceVision AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AceVision AI is an AI-powered tennis intelligence platform that provides video analysis, performance tracking, personalized training plans, AI coaching, and recruiting tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze tennis technique, movement patterns, and match performance.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including videos, images, and text ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

6. AI-Generated Analysis

The Service provides AI-generated analysis, coaching feedback, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis is provided for informational and training purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You use AI-generated insights at your own discretion and risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, algorithms, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by AceVision AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceVision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
